Self-portrait taken at the morning market in front of Kitano Temangu.
We were really fortunate to be in Kyoto at the right time, because the morning market in front of this shrine is only held once a month =) I really enjoyed walking along the stretch of stalls selling all sorts of things, from food to arts and crafts to yukatas...and also dolls, as you can see in this picture.
